These are the terms for using Outfox. They are short on purpose. If something here is unclear, email us and ask.

Who can use Outfox

Outfox is for people aged 13 and up. If you are under 13, please do not create an account.

Outfox is provided as is

We build Outfox carefully and we use it ourselves, but we cannot promise it will always work, always be available, or always be free of mistakes. Questions may contain errors. If you find one, tell us.

No promise about your score

Outfox does not guarantee that your SAT or ACT score will improve. Practice helps, but your result depends on many things we do not control.

Score projections in Outfox are estimates, not predictions. They are calculated from how you have done on practice questions inside the app. They are not a forecast of what you will score on a real test, and you should not make decisions on the assumption that they are.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep access to it secure, because anyone who can use it can use your Outfox account.

If you create a crew, the people you approve into it can see your practice progress. The person who created a crew can see more detail about its members. Our privacy notice sets out exactly what.

We may change or stop the service

Outfox is under active development. We may add features, remove features, or change how it works. We may also discontinue the service. If we shut Outfox down, we will give notice at this address first where we reasonably can.

Your data

What we collect and who processes it is described in the privacy notice. Please read it. It is written to be read rather than to protect us.
